Rachel Wood Dietician and Weight Loss Coach

Rachel Wood

Rachel Wood is a dietitian and weight loss coach specializing in helping women over 40 lose stubborn belly fat without giving up the foods they love.

Her evidence-based approach is rooted in personalized nutrition tailored to your unique hormones and metabolism and is a proven method that focuses on fat loss, resetting your metabolism, and long-term maintenance—all without giving up wine, chocolate or (delicious!) carbs.

Through her Body Back Blueprint program, clients not only learn the most effective (and enjoyable!) way to eat for fat loss, but they also quickly notice increased energy and less inflammation too. On average, they may lose up to 15 lbs in 3 months - and keep going.

When Rachel is not coaching, she's chasing after her two young boys (and their messes) with her husband, gardening, or trying to find a slice of time to indulge in reading a good book.
